To bad Veggie, I hold the pencil 
I was watching Dragonball Z abridge today, then I suddenly remember I had had draw a chibi Vegeta in one of my sketch books.
I use the manga page to guide it, I need to get better at drawing chibis. While watching Abridge I thought it was funny if Chibi Vegeta wasn't happy about him being small and cute XD And while adding the words. Did some touch-up.
